Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026
Remlori is operated by R&R Bluebird LLC, an Ohio limited liability company operating from Ohio, United States. Contact us at [email protected] about privacy or your account.
Information we use
- Account information: your email address, a password hash, verification status, terms-acceptance version and date, and session identifiers. We use these to sign you in, secure your account, and send verification and password-reset emails.
- Learning information: lesson progress, quiz results, and review history. We save these on your device and, when signed in, on our server to restore your progress across devices. Preferences are also stored on your device.
- Technical information: requests to our service can include your IP address, browser information, request times, and error details. We and our hosting providers use these to deliver the service, investigate problems, and prevent abuse.
- Support: we receive the information you include in emails to us. Please do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
- Billing: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment information, billing address, and country of residence, and records your agreement to the renewal terms. We email you a subscription confirmation. Remlori stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, and access dates. Our application server does not receive your full card number.
Storage and service providers
We use Cloudflare for website and media delivery, Fly.io for our application server, Resend for account and subscription emails, Google Gmail for support, and Stripe for subscriptions. They process information needed to provide their services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
Remlori uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember progress and preferences. Clearing that storage signs you out and can remove progress that has not synced. We do not use advertising trackers, sell your personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and learning records while your account is active. You can request deletion in Account, using your password. Deletion signs you out, cancels any subscription, and removes your account and learning records from our active application database after background processing succeeds. Save the deletion receipt and use the status screen to confirm completion.
Limited deletion-status records remain so we can confirm and complete requests. Backups, security logs, support correspondence, and payment records may remain separately where needed for security, operational recovery, or legal obligations. Deleting your Remlori account does not erase records Stripe must retain.
Your choices
Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify that you own the account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.
Adults and policy changes
Remlori is intended for adults aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
We will update the date on this page when our practices change and provide additional notice when required.
