These terms cover Remlori, operated by R&R Bluebird LLC, an Ohio limited liability company operating from Ohio, United States. Questions: [email protected].

Using Remlori

Remlori provides Japanese lessons for English-speaking adults. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your account details accurate, protect your password, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use the lessons for your own learning. Do not resell or republish our course materials, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use another person's account without permission. These restrictions do not limit rights the law gives you.

Free and paid access

Chapter 1 is free. Paid subscriptions are available only to customers residing in the United States. The subscription costs $3 USD per month and includes every published chapter after Chapter 1, currently Chapters 2–6 (100 lessons). Chapters published later are included at no extra charge; we do not promise a release schedule. Personalized content is not included.

It renews automatically each month, charging $3 USD, until you cancel. Before payment, the checkout shows the amount, any applicable taxes, and the billing interval, and asks you to agree to the automatic renewal. After you subscribe, we email you these renewal terms and how to cancel. Cancel anytime online in Account → Manage or cancel subscription. Canceling stops future charges, and access continues through the period you already paid for. See our subscription and refund policy.

Your progress and account

You can stop using Remlori at any time. Deleting your account removes access to saved progress and cancels any subscription. If you only want to stop renewal and keep your progress, cancel the subscription instead. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service and will provide notice where reasonably possible.

Availability and learning results

We work to keep Remlori available and accurate, but outages and mistakes can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular learning result. Contact support about errors or access problems.

Remlori is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability for any claim about Remlori is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. If we discontinue a paid service, we will address unused paid access as required by law.

Governing law

Ohio law governs these terms. If you live outside Ohio, you keep the protections the law where you live gives you, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes and contact

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. We will email you about a subscription price change at least 7 and no more than 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.
