Subscriptions and refunds

Paid subscriptions are available only to customers residing in the United States.

What the subscription includes

For $3 USD per month, the subscription includes every published Japanese chapter after Chapter 1. Today that is Chapters 2–6, 100 lessons. Chapters we publish later are included at no extra charge, but we do not promise a release schedule. Chapter 1 stays free. Personalized content is not included. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month, charging $3 USD, until you cancel. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation with these renewal terms and how to cancel. Cancel anytime online: open Account → Manage or cancel subscription before the next renewal. You keep access to the subscription chapters until the end of the paid period, and your saved progress remains in your account.

If you cannot access the cancellation page, email [email protected] from your account email and ask to cancel. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription and removes your saved progress.

Refunds

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we will refund that payment in full. Email [email protected] from your account email to request it. Refunds required by applicable law remain available. For duplicate charges, service problems, or other billing concerns, contact support with the charge date and receipt identifier. Do not send your full card number.

Support processes refunds to the original payment method. A full subscription refund ends access to the subscription chapters and stops future renewal; Chapter 1 and your saved progress remain available. Canceling renewal alone does not request a refund. Contact us about other refund requests; this policy does not limit your statutory rights.
